When I find out I didn’t get the job:
While the world has focused its attention on the pro-democracy protests in Hong Kong, there’s another student movement gaining steam on the other side of the world.
The unfolding protests gripping Mexico began in the small town of Iguala, in the southwest region of Guerrero state, where the disappearance of 43 student teachers on the night of Sept. 26 has sparked outrage amid allegations of collaboration between local police and organized crime.
please stop getting mad at cashiers for prices they have no control over
Or not being able to take your expired coupon.
or not being able to break any rule that is store or company policy
Or not being able to make the manager come up to the cash register any quicker
my white protesters please remember that you’re rarely at the same risk we are when you stand up for what is right
I’m not gonna stop reblogging these reminders
Can we talk about this transition? They started the song as they panned away from Cas lying in bed wearing nothing but an open robe and then went into Dean singing about “his love”
Can we talk about how the song was supposed to be “All By Myself” but they didn’t get the rights. And how it would have been that one playing for six seconds over the image of Cas lying on bed.
O_O I didn’t know that. Wait, so it would have gone from Cas nekkid in bed to Dean singing:
When I was young
I never needed anyone
And making love was just for fun
Those days are gone
This song is about someone who’s sick of casual sex and wishes they were in a relationship. The other song demon!Dean sang was Imaginary Lover which is about someone who’s sick of casual sex so he engages in fantasy. Both songs they chose for Dean to karaoke are about being sick of having flings and wanting something more
Yes, indeed^^ It was Jensen who said that last con about the original song choice, I can’t find a link right now though, but yeah, license problems are the only reason we were deprived of that TT^TT
You guys just accomplished the nigh impossible: you got me blasting Celine Dion on my speakers non-ironically. It’s like 1996 all over again. *tear*
